Educational Qualifications:

Medico Legal Officer ->

(1) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications include d in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the I.M.C. Act, 1956. 
(2) Post Graduate Degree/diploma qualifications in the speciality concerned. 
(3) 3 years work in a responsible position connected with their speciality after post graduation in case of post graduate degree holders and 5 years work after post graduate diploma in a responsible position connected with speciality in the case of post graduate diploma holders. 
(4) Knowledge of Konkani. 
(5) Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

Senior Physician ->

(1) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. 
(2) Post Graduate Degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in speciality concerned. 
(3) Work in a responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 3 years after post-graduation Degree or five years after post-graduation Diploma. 
(4) Knowledge of Konkani. 
(5) Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

Junior Consultants ->

(1) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (102 of 1956) Holders of educational qualifica tions included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipula ted in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. 
(2) Post-graduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in the speciality concerned. 
(3) In case of Diploma holders, work in responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 2 years after post-graduation Diploma. 
(4) Knowledge of Konkani. 
(5) Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

District Welfare Officer ->

(1) Degree in Social Service or Social Welfare or Social work or Sociology or Psychology from a recognised University or equivalent. 
(2) 5 years experience in Social Work in any Gover nment recognised Social Welfare Organization. 
(3) Knowledge of Konkani. 
(4) Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
